Program description
The BookWith Athena booking assistant is an automated text-message assistant that barbers and salons (each a “Shop”) use to answer client questions and book appointments. Customers text first: you start the conversation by texting the Shop's booking number to ask about services or request an appointment. By texting the number, you agree to receive replies related to your request.
Types of messages
You may receive:
- Replies to your questions about the Shop's services
- Available appointment or consultation times
- Booking confirmations
- Updates about appointments you booked
We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

Message frequency varies based on your conversation and appointments.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You'll receive one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you text the number again.
